Biz Planning Work Day with Janet Slack of Solopreneur.biz – January 2nd
Enthusiasm and Hope… are not Business Strategies!
There comes a time in the growth of any business when you – the business owner – have to move past the stage of running your business on a “wing and a prayer”… Has that time come for you?
Let me tell you about my plan to get you started in the right direction. It’s called Biz Planning Work Day and it’s coming up on January 2, 2012.
Business planning may not be the most exciting of subjects but it is one of the most vital. It’s the oxygen that helps your business to survive. But you may be one of the many biz owners who put off this important task and have a business that really doesn’t have a chance to breathe and grow. Let’s put an end to that.
Every year I spend time planning out the next phase of growth for my business. I have a system and tools that work wonderfully to keep me on track and that have allowed my business to grow quickly every single year I have used them. I’ve decided to share with you so you can achieve more with your business too.
Here’s how Biz Planning Work Day will go. We’ll be dedicating the entire day from 10am to 5pm (ET) to business planning. This will be a day for you to work in a guided way on your business plan for 2012 – by the end of the day, you will have your plan in place and know the first steps to begin. You’ll have strategies, systems and support to move through the year to reach the goals you have for your business.
There will be periods during the day when we are meeting together as a group – to learn concepts, to get support, to report on our progress. And there will be times when you go offline to work on specific tasks. I’ll walk you through every step you need in order to have a plan that works.
What to expect from Biz Planning Work Day:
- Guided lessons on what you really need in a biz plan and what to leave out
- Step by step instruction on developing your plan
- Time to work on your plan and report to the group on your progress
- Ability to ask questions and get ideas from others
- Coaching past obstacles that get in the way of implementation
- Training on turning goals into reality
- Ideas to move from planning to action
- Gaining confidence that you are moving with your biz towards success
And did I mention fun? One of my intents for the year 2012 is to ramp up the fun in my life so it’s starting right away on January 2nd. Let me be honest right now, planning can be a little tedious at times so one purpose of the group is to help us all to enjoy it more. You’ll be able to connect with other serious (and fun) entrepreneurs, hold yourself accountable in a new way, and learn from the ideas of others as you hear about their biz plans.
On Biz Planning Work Day, I’ll be using Livestreaming video so you can get up close and personal with me on what to do and how. Join me in my home office as we work on our plans together. I’ve never been this open before about how my business runs and you’re likely to see it all during the course of the day. Should be fun!
Once you register, you’ll get information on how to prepare ahead of time for the day. Make sure you have the day cleared of other things so you and I can focus together and get it done!
The cost of Biz Planning Work Day is a true investment in your business. Not only will you have your plan in hand as you enter 2012, you will have a system in place that allows you to move forward knowing that you can achieve your goals. Others are selling exclusive virtual days with them at prices that run to over a thousand dollars, but I’ve decided to keep our day together at a very reasonable price. Invest $147 in yourself and your biz and join me on January 2nd.
I am very excited about Biz Planning Work Day and the chance to work with you personally at the lowest price I will have in 2012 for this type of intense work. If your excited about the idea as well, grab your seat and start getting ready!
